Software Upgrade Options: Maintaining Effectiveness and Compliance
In order to provide the peace of mind that comes with knowing your organization is fully prepared to battle Sudden Cardiac Arrest, En-Pro is offering two easy-to-implement options to employ this software upgrade as soon as possible, and with minimal disruption to you and your organization.
Option 1:
Mail in Depot Center
Click the "Start the Depot Service Center process here" button below to register your location and AEDs. We'll need some brief contact information from you. Step 2: Receive AED packaging.
You will receive official ZOLL AED Plus device boxes to pack your AEDs in along with a return shipping label. Step 3: Ship your AEDs.
Package and ship your AEDs to our Depot Service Center. Step 4: Receive your upgraded AEDs.
The software upgrade will be performed and your AEDs will be shipped back to you via UPS Ground within 48 hours. $99 per AED.
Shipping & handling included to all locations in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will be assessed an additional $50 fee for shipping & handling.

Option 2:
On-site software upgrade
Click the "Start the on-site upgrade process here" button below to register your location and AEDs. We'll need some brief contact information from you. Step 2: Schedule the upgrade(s).
An En-Pro professional will call within 48 hours to schedule an appropriate time to complete the software upgrade on the AED Plus devices. Step 3: Upgrades performed.
An En-Pro professional will preform the AED upgrades at each of your locations. $259 for 3 AEDs per location.
A location is one building or a single physical address with up to three (3) ZOLL AED Plus devices in the physical location. Any device over the first three will be assessed a fee of $59.00 per AED.
